The client wanted to convert a large industrial warehouse into an indoor pickleball facility but had no accurate floor plan, ceiling height details, or structural information — making layout planning and permit drawings difficult and uncertain.
Plansrow conducted a full 3D laser scan of the building and delivered precise LOD 300 As-Built documentation. This included point cloud data, Revit model, high-resolution photos, and verified ceiling and floor elevations to support design, acoustics, and lighting decisions.
